We comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the issue.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

Custom Orders

All custom builds are made to order. Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.

Incorrect Measurements Provided by Customer

If incorrect measurements are supplied by the customer, any remake or adjustment costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Installation Issues

If installation is included and there is a fault due to our workmanship, we will return to correct the issue at no cost.

Production Time

Standard production time varies between 1–4 weeks depending on the project. You will be given a timeframe at the time of quote.

Delivery

We deliver across Victoria and interstate. Delivery fees are based on distance, size of the order, and access to the property.

Installation

Installation fees depend on the scope of work and location. Access must be clear and safe. If we cannot access the site, additional charges may apply.

Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure all measurements, site preparation, and access are correct before delivery/installation.

3. Payment Policy

Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking and begin fabrication. Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered.

Final Payment

Full payment is required upon completion unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Accepted Payment Methods

Bank transfer, card, or approved payment platforms (afterpay ,Zip ,Paypal).

Late Payments

Work will pause if payments are not received on the agreed dates.

Storage & Security

All information is stored securely and only kept as long as necessary for business and legal purposes.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time.

Quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Pricing may change if material or supplier costs change.

Custom Work

All products are handmade. Natural variations in timber, grain, colour, or steel finish are normal and not considered faults.

Warranty

We offer a 12-month workmanship warranty. Damage caused by misuse, weather exposure, animals, or improper installation is not covered.

Site Access

The customer must provide safe, clear access for delivery and installation. Extra charges apply if access is restricted.

Weather Conditions

Outdoor installation may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather.
